Not even sure where to begin on how awful my experience with STG auto group has been. but I was on hold for 20 minutes no one picked up.ĭO NOT TRUST OR BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. I called the dealer again next day to talk to a sales manager. and thinking, who is the GSM ? these people need the training to know how to deal with customers. ![]() the sales guy Ali, did not even offer me to check for another car. even the cars are listed online to be sold. we went over the online inventory, I picked 4 cars. To move on, I asked Ali to find me another care within the price range. I drove all the way to their dealership for nothing. So this car was not to be sold at this time. I asked if we make a deal now about when can I pick it up. He said it will be ready sometime next week. so he passed me on to Ali.Īli, went inside the back loot looking for the car. there is no car ready.ģ- he was busy with another customer, I understand. get the car ready, he said it is.Ģ- I get there on time. I thought that is a nice service.ġ- I text him to let him know I am on my way. he said the care will be ready for you at the front. I called the dealer, and talked to Tyler, he was nice I asked for a car, and he said we have it come and check it out. usually, I give people the benefit of a doubt but this time I have to write my experience down in a review. If there is a lower than one star I would select it.
